Ravi Shah, Esq.
Ravi Shah is an associate with the Clark law Firm, P.C. Ravi has experience in personal injury, products liability, premises liability, criminal, chancery, and municipal court matters. Ravi is admitted in all New Jersey Courts and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey.
Prior to joining the Clark Law firm Ravi worked at an established insurance defense firm for a number of years where he advocated on behalf of insurance companies against personal injury suits. While working as an insurance defense advocate, Ravi gained an intimate knowledge of the way insurance companies defend against personal injury suits. Ravi now brings his extensive expertise in the personal injury field to the Clark Law Firm to work for plaintiffs, and not against them, to see that they are adequately compensated for the injuries they have suffered.
After leaving insurance defense work and prior to joining the Clark Law Firm, Ravi ran his own practice where he represented clients faced with Superior Court criminal prosecution and handled matters ranging from attempted criminal homicide to firearms offenses gaining multiple favorable results for his clients by working zealously and tirelessly to ensure positive outcomes.
While attending Western New England Law School in Springfield, Massachusetts, Ravi obtained a 3:03 Student Attorney Certification which allowed him to represent clients and win cases before graduating law school. During his time at law school Ravi also worked as an extern for the Department of Code Enforcement in Springfield, Massachusetts and advocated on behalf of those whose homes were destroyed as a result of a tornado that struck in 2011. Ravi is a graduate of Rutgers University where he majored in English and minored in Physics.
