Steven Wojciechowski

Steven Wojciechowski is an Associate attorney with the Clark Law Firm, P.C. Steven is admitted to practice in New Jersey and is a member of the New Jersey Bar. He earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in Camden and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Drexel University.

Steven’s practice focuses on representing individuals injured in motor vehicle accidents, construction site incidents, and other serious personal injury matters. He also advocates for consumers affected by fraudulent and deceptive business practices. His areas of legal concentration include personal injury, consumer fraud, toxic tort litigation, business law, arbitration, and commercial litigation.

In addition to his litigation practice, Steven has experience in environmental and nonprofit compliance, grant writing, and legal issues affecting the construction industry. He is also knowledgeable in the use of artificial intelligence in legal practice, particularly in contract review, compliance, and the ethical integration of AI tools.

Outside the practice of law, Steven is actively involved in the arts, volunteering with an opera company that stages performances in Philadelphia and Italy. He is also an avid long-distance runner and cyclist.
