$150,000 Settlement for Passenger Involved in Monmouth T-Bone Crash

On August 19, 2019, a Clark Law Firm, P.C. client suffered injuries when a driver ignored a red light and broadsided the vehicle in which the client was a passenger. After fact discovery and depositions, the case reached a settlement between the parties for $150,000. The case docket number is MON-L-002054-21.
